  • 1 Red cone
  • 1 Blue cone
  • 1 Green cone
  • 1 Yellow cone

Description

1 Start at the side of the square and run towards the Direction. When you receive the signal you run forward to the cone of the indicated color. From that cone, move sideways to the cone on your right side and return forward to the Direction.

2 Run out around the cone of the next signal from the Direction. Repeat, according to the desired intensity. Make sure you alternate between your left and right side when moving sideways.
